Do you ship worldwide?

We're working on it! Currently with our warehousing solutions we are shipping to Australia, New Zealand, USA and UK. It is a priority of ours to expand shipping locations.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

2021 update: Unfortunately global shipping carriers are experiencing delays due to COVID-19. We are working hard to ensure we do everything we can to get your product to you as soon as possible - however in some cases it may take a little bit longer.

Once your item/s is dispatched, estimated delivery time is:

USA: 8-15 business days
UK: 8-15 business days
Aus/NZ: 8-15 business days

Where is my product being shipped from?

The products we offer are made and shipped from all over the world, including the US, Europe, Russia and Asia. This allows us to offer great prices, while ensuring the highest level of quality.

My order still hasn't arrived. Has it been lost?

If you think your order has been delayed or lost in the post please Contact Us and we will start an investigation with the courier. Unfortunately we cannot resend your order or refund you until the courier has concluded the investigation. We will keep you informed and will be in touch once the investigation has finished.

What if I'm not home when the package arrives?

Anyone at home can receive the package on behalf of the customer. Usually, the postman will leave the package at your front door or he may leave a collection slip if no one is home. You can pick your parcel up from your local post office.

The goods I received are damaged, what should I do?

If you have received a damaged or not as described item upon delivery, first of all, we are very sorry! Please Contact Us immediately so we can resolve the problem.
